If you are not satisfied with your purchase, connect with us by using the contact form under the “Contact” tab. Send us the details about your order including the order number and the reason you are not satisfied in order to be considered for a refund. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a full refund, otherwise, only replacements. Typically we offer a replacement instead of a refund because of processing fees associated with a refund that can not be avoided. Refunds can be done after a deduction of the original shipping cost and the transaction fee associated with processing your card. Should you find your product to be damaged please contact us and we will send a replacement. No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. $20.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks.
